Aktuální přehled mezoterapie z pohledu estetické dermatologie

Mezoterapie je metoda, při které jsou vpravovány do kůže látky převážně neléčivého charakteru. Své uplatnění nachází zejména v estetické
medicíně. Hlavní účinnou látku představuje nezasíťovaná kyselina hyaluronová. Kromě klasické injekční mezoterapie, se stále
více prosazuje metoda dermarollingu. Při ní se používá malý válec opatřený jehličkami o délce 0,5–1,5 mm. Různým přítlakem lze docílit
individuální hloubky průniku. Pracoviště estetické dermatologie SynCare používá dermaroller v kombinaci s kyselinou hyaluronovou
pro rejuvenaci pleti, zvýšení její hydratace, omezení drobných vrásek nebo pro léčbu hypotrofických jizev.

Actual survey of the mesotherapy in view of aesthetic medicine
Mesoteraphy is a method, through which substances of mostly non-curative character are transported into the skin. This method is
mainly used in aesthetic medicine. The main active substance is represented by non cross-linked hyaluronic acid. Apart from traditional
injection mesoteraphy, the method of dermarolling is more and more common. This method uses a small cylinder fitted with needles
of the length 0.5–1.5 mm. Through varying pressure, individual penetration into the skin is ensured. A surgery of aesthetic medicine
SynCare uses the dermaroller in combination with hyaluronic acid for skin rejuvenation, increase of skin hydration, reduction of small
wrinkles or for treatment of hypotrophic scars.
