Paraneoplastická dermatomyozitida

Dermatomyozitidu řadíme mezi chronická autoimunitní onemocnění pojiva s postižením svalů a kůže. Onemocnění je pravděpodobně

způsobeno reakcí specifické autoprotilátky nebo imunokomplexovou reakcí namířenou proti vaskulární komponentě endomyzia. Tato

autoimunitní reakce může být spuštěna infekcí (viry, bakterie, parazité). UV záření a léky jsou další možné spouštěcí faktory. Kolem

20–25 % případů dermatomyozitidy je spojováno s výskytem nádorového onemocnění. Vlastní kazuistika dokumentuje vznik typických

klinických projevů dermatomyozitidy u 64leté ženy s anamnézou ovariálního karcinomu.

Paraneoplastic dermatomyositis

Dermatomyositis is ranked among chronic autoimmune connective tissue disease with disabilities, muscle and skin. The disease is probably

caused by reaction of specific autoantibodies or immune complex reactions directed against the vascular component endomyzia. This

autoimmune response may be started by infections (viruses, bacteria, parasites). UV rays and other medications are possible triggers.

Around 20–25 % of cases of dermatomyositis is associated with the occurrence of cancer. The case report documents the emergence of

typical clinical manifestations of dermatomyositis with 64 years old women with a history of ovarian cancer.
