Biologická léčba atopické dermatitidy

V dermatologii jsou v České republice k dispozici biologika pro léčbu psoriázy, chronické urtikárie, maligního melanomu a nyní i první
biologikum pro léčbu atopické dermatitidy – dupilumab. Nástup biologik do léčby atopické dermatitidy předznamenává příchod
dalších nových skupin léků. Vedlejším pozitivním efektem je i revize léků stávajících, především cyklosporinu A a methotrexátu,
což by společně mohlo vést k léčení více těžkých pacientů než doposud, neboť relativní podléčenost je celosvětovým faktem.

Biological therapy of atopic dermatitis

In dermatology in Czech Republic there are biologicals for treatment of psoriasis, chronic urticaria and melanoma available,
and now also for treatment of atopic dermatitis- the first one is dupilumab. The introduction of biologicals into the treatment of
atopic dermatitis indicates the further release of new drug groups. The positive side effect is the revision of the existing drugs,
especially ciclosporine A and methotrexate. This together could lead to treatment of more patiens with severe atopic dermatitis
than yet – the relative undertreament is a worldwide fact.
