Atypický lipomatózní tumor (dobře diferencovaný liposarkom)

Liposarkomy jsou po maligním fibrózním histiocytomu druhými nejčastějšími tumory měkkých tkání dospělých. Dobře diferencované liposarkomy (atypické lipomatózní tumory) představují 40-45 % liposarkomů. Obvykle vznikají na končetinách a v retroperitoneu. Pooperační rekurence se uvádí u dobře diferencovaných liposarkomů až 30 %, metastazování nebylo popsáno.

Atypical lipomatous tumor (well -differentiated liposarcoma)

Liposarcomas are the second most frequent tumors of soft tissues in adults after malignant fibrous histiocyoma. Well-differentiated liposarcomas (atypical lipomatous tumors) presents largest subgroup of liposarcoma (40-45%) accounts. It commonly arise in extremities and retroperitoneum. Recurrence rate is 30% and is not know to metastasize.
