Zásady aplikácie antibiotík u detí z pohľadu rodičov

Pri podávaní liekov deťom je nevyhnutné dodržiavať pravidlá s rešpektovaním špecifikácie aplikovania liekov aj vývinovú úroveň
dieťaťa. To platí aj pre rodičov, ktorí si musia uvedomiť fakt, že práve oni sú zodpovední za zdravie svojich detí. Antibiotiká
narúšajú prirodzenú imunitu dieťaťa, spôsobujú rezistenciu a sú možné aj vedľajšie účinky. V predkladanom príspevku sa snažíme
poukázať na liekovú adherenciu u detí, opísať zásady podávania liekov deťom a vyhodnotiť prieskumné zistenia rodičov.

Antibiotic treatment for children in the home environment
Therefore, when administering medicines to children, it is imperative to adhere to the rules of compliance with the drug application
specification as well as the developmental level of the child. This also applies to parents who need to be aware of fact that
they are responsible for the health of their children. Antibiotics interfere with the child’s natural immunity, cause resistance and
side effects. In the present paper, we try to point out the drug adherence of children, describe the principles of drug delivery in
children, and evaluate exploratory findings in parents.
