The posititon of penile prostehesis in the therapy of erectile dysfunction in the dawn of the third millenium
The author describes the role of penile prosthesis in the therapy of erectile dysfunction in the current management of ED as the method of the first choice. He summarizes historical aspects, advantages, disadvantages, risks and impediments of this treatment gathering information both from published data and from his own clinical observation of patients under long term follow up.
