Endometrióza močovodu

Představujeme kazuistiku 65leté pacientky s náhodně zjištěnou dilatací kalichopánvičkového systému levé ledviny. Dle CT vyšetření
byla zjištěna tumorózní masa v distální části levého močovodu a byl zaveden stent. Po doplnění gynekologického a chirurgického
vyšetření a kolonoskopie s negativním výsledkem byla pacientka urologem indikována k resekci močovodu. Histologické vyšetření
bylo uzavřeno jako extragenitální intrinsická endometrióza.

Ureteral endometriosis
In our case report we describe a 65 years old women with accidental finding of left hydronephrosis. A tumorous mass in the distal
part of the ureter was described according to computed tomography and a double J stent was inserted. The patient was examined
by a gynaecologist and a surgeon and a colonoscopy was performed, all with negative findings. The patient was reffered to
undergo a resection of the left ureter wih exstirpation of the tumourous mass. Surprisingly, extragenital intrinsic endometriosis
was described in final histology.
